Deliveries & returns

Deliveries in metropolitan France

Standard delivery in metropolitan France is offered for any purchase exceeding 300 euros including tax.

Packages are usually shipped within 48h * after receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is the Colissimo tracked, delivered without signature. If you want a discount with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Whatever the mode of shipping chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to track online the delivery of your package.

Deliveries to the rest of the world

The delivery has the same treatment as for metropolitan France, but a higher cost can be applied depending on the country.

Returns

In the event of an error or defect recognized by the Horspist customer service, a parcel can be returned to us, and the return fee can be refunded to you. You will first have to inform the after-sales service which will study your request and after acceptance will ask you to return the product, packaged and protected, in the state where you received it.

In case of return for reasons of choice, color or size, you must proceed in the same way. The cost of return will remain at your expense.

Horspist reserves the right to refuse a return in case of abuse.

How to return your package ?

  2. After acceptance of the return, properly pack your entire item with its accessories.
  3. Send your package to the following address:

  4. In the event of an exchange, you will receive a notification as soon as it is received, and a replacement package with its tracking number will be sent.
